All I can say is that it has been a crazy month! A lot has been going on so let me do my best to clue you in to whats new.
Lets start with Easter. I had a great time searching and finding easter eggs that the Easter Bunny had left us. I had my cousin Bella helping me, which was good cause she is definately a good easter egg finder! Grace was sent on a savenger hunt to find our Easter Presents. The Easter Bunny brought us cousins all Joe Mauer Twin's Jersey's (we're not Minnesota Twins fans at all....GO TWINS!).
Most weekends since Easter we have been down at the Lake...except one--when we celebrated Great Grandma Pete's 90th Birthday! We ate all sorts of good food, and of course my favorite--the cake! Pete shared some bites of her piece with me while I waited for Dad to get me a piece! I got to see lots of Aunts and Uncles' and even got to hang out with my cousin Sean. He loves trains too. He had some dinosaurs that he was sharing. It was so much fun to hang out with him and play. Later that night, we headed to another party for my cousin Bella. She turned 5! We got to run out in the yard, play, eat, and by the end of the night...I was partied out! I slept sooooo good.
The following weekend was Memorial Day weekend. My cousins' Morgan, Nathan and Zachary came down to the lake for a sleepover (their Mom and Dad came too). We had a blast. We played in the sandbox, went for walks, played Bingo, went to a dance, and best of all....went on a boat ride. I love riding in the boat. I was so excited that I fell asleep in it my first ride out! It was a fun weekend. I can't wait till they come up the next time!
