Our camping season started out kind of chilly. In fact, our very first morning we woke up to snow on the ground….IN APRIL! This is not how we envisioned beginning our season, but we forged ahead and began making our site…homey. Fully equipped with hat and mittens (and my winter coat), a tool box and little guidance from Papa, I helped build a deck (even got to use an air socket gun).

A couple weeks later, we called this our lake home and I loved it.
