Lets play a little catch up....

So I realize we have been a little behind the ball when it comes to updating this site. I apologize, Addisen and I have been keeping Mom and Dad quite busy lately. With birthdays', Christmas, sleepovers, swimming and of course the occasional cold...it has been quite a busy month. So lets get down to it... Christmas was so much fun. We got to spend Christmas eve with our cousins' Grace and Bella, and of course all the adults too! We snacked, talked, visited, played and of course opened up presents. I got lots of new things, but my favorite present, was my Tidmen Sheds (Thomas the Train). Dad and I were in heaven working my train track out to get it all to work. I love trains (so does my Daddy).
Addisen, of course, was more interested in the wrapping paper and boxes than anything. But Santa brought her a buggy to ride in. She loves it. Hops in, makes some really loud noises to get Mom and Dad's attention; once she gets it, she sits down, honks the horn and off we go. We have made a race track downstairs with her chasing me!
Shortly after Christmas, we celebrated MY BIRTHDAY! I have been counting down the days to the week of my big day. Ruthie has a big party and makes the day all about me! All my favorites. I got home and Mom and Dad let me pick out dinner even. I love pancakes and bacon, and boy oh boy...Mommy made the best pancakes ever (chocolate chip). The very next day, we headed to an indoor trampoline park---SKYZONE! Oh my goosh did we have a great time! You could jump off the walls, into a pit of blocks, make a slam dunk on a basketball hoop. It was great.
Addisen even got to jump a few times...she loved it and wanted to try to keep up with the big kids!
I had so much fun celebrating my party with Grace, Bella, Ella, Brittney, Lucas, Kaylee and Gabi (of course all of the grown ups who came too!). I can't wait till we can go back again! The beginning of January, I started skating lessons. I was a little bit scared of going out on the ice by myself. But Daddy got my all set to go and held my hand as I got on the ice.
Little did I know he would let go....made me nervous, but Brittney, my teacher, grabbed me and helped me out.
Now that I am getting the hang of it, I don't need her help nearly as much. I still fall, but I get back up and try again!
I am so lucky though, to have my cousin Sienna in the class with me. She is super good and super fun to have in class. She makes me giggle!
Addisen and I started swimming lessons again! We get to go with our cousins' Morgan, Nathan and Zachary. Addisen loves the water, and loves to splash and get EVERYONE wet! Mommy says that she has no fear and loves falling from the side of the pool. I love jumping in the water too. I am getting stronger and swimming on my own more and more! We are definately keeping busy with swimming and skating. Somewhere amongst all of the hectic schedule, we got to be a part of Mommy's cousin Katie getting married. It was a beatiful ceremony and it was so nice to see cousins' and aunts's and uncles'. Addisen got caught givin Great Grandma Pete a kiss...aren't they cute??!!!
But alas, I leave with a valentines day picture....from my sister and myself...HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
