Makin them laugh...

As promised, Mom took pictures of my new swingset/playarea. I can't wait to get home and get outside to play! The clubhouse and slide are my favorites because I can do them on my own, but I enjoy swinging too! But I do have to say Mom and Dad are awfully excited about the swings and swinging horse! They say they got the swingset for me, but.... Last week we had a busy week with get togethers. On Monday, I hung out with Grammie, Great Aunt Jo and Great Uncle Gary. They played on my swingset with me, and down in my playroom...I don't know where the time went we were having so much fun! Later in the week, we went over to my cousin Emily's to celebrate a birthday for my Great Aunt Sharon. I got to play with my cousins' Morgan and Nathan, and of course other Aunts, Uncles and cousins'! To end the week, we headed to the Lake! I love going to the lake; we go swimming, we play at the playground, go for bike rides, play with all sorts of other kids, and visit with Great Grandma Pete and Great Aunt Mary when they come down to visit. But this time it was a little different; not only did I get to all of that stuff, but I got to see fireworks too. There were lots of bright colors and booms. At first it startled me, but then I sat back and enjoyed the show (but so did the mosquitos---they were biting all of us!). This past Saturday, I celebrated 18 months. Mom and Dad still can't believe where the time has gone! But over the last 18 months I have developed a personality all of my own! Mom and Dad call me their funny little boy, but they are pretty funny themselves! Dad is amazed by all the things I can say and reaffirm for him; Mom is still loving my kisses, hugs and cuddle time; I just love making them laugh! Hope everyone had a great Fourth of July!
